Delivery zone
We deliver by courier across all of Kyiv — both banks of the Dnipro — for orders from €21.47. Nearby towns (Irpin, Bucha, Vyshneve and more) at a fixed price from €13.12: pick the town at checkout and see the price there.
Delivery cost by district in Kyiv
We measure the straight-line distance from the warehouse to the approximate centre of a district or neighbourhood, and price it by the fee zone that distance falls in. The checkout uses the same formula, but with your address instead of a district centre: so the figures below are a guide, and the exact amount appears once you enter the street and house number. Courier delivery is for orders from €21.47.
Fee zones from the warehouse
| Straight-line distance | Delivery |
|---|---|
| up to 5 km | €5.96 |
| 5–13 km | €9.54 |
| over 13 km | €13.12 |
Left and right bank
Left bank — Darnytskyi, Desnianskyi and Dniprovskyi districts: 3.1–13.8 km from the warehouse, delivery €5.96–13.12. Right bank — the other seven districts: 10.2–23.6 km, delivery €9.54–13.12. The warehouse is on the left bank, so Poznyaky or Osokorky are closer to it than Akademmistechko or Vynohradar.

District pages
A district is marked by one point in its residential core and a neighbourhood by its centre in OpenStreetMap; coordinates are rounded to a few hundred metres and the distance is in a straight line, not by road. Large districts (Darnytskyi, Holosiivskyi, Sviatoshynskyi) span several zones, so their cost is more reliable by neighbourhood or by your address at checkout.
* The point lies less than a kilometre from a zone boundary: depending on the exact address the fee may belong to the neighbouring zone.
Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 2–3 hours from payment. For scheduled deliveries the checkout offers 9:00–12:00, 12:00–15:00, 15:00–18:00 and 18:00–20:00 windows, plus “As soon as possible”, which is available for today only. A window can be booked until 3 hours before it ends — the time we need to prepare the bouquet and drive: before 9:00 we make the 9–12 window, before 12:00 the 12–15 one, before 15:00 the 15–18 one and before 17:00 the 18–20 one. So an order placed before 17:00 is still delivered today, and a later one the next day. On peak days (8 March, 14 February) plan a day ahead.
Payment and a photo before delivery
You pay for delivery together with the order on the site: Visa or Mastercard via WayForPay, 3D-Secure, and the full amount is shown before you pay. Before the courier leaves we send a photo of your bouquet — free of charge; turn on “Photo before delivery” at checkout.
Freshness from the warehouse
Flowers arrive at the warehouse straight from the plantations and stay in the cold room until your order — no middlemen. Typical vase life: chrysanthemums and dianthus 10–14 days, eustoma 7–10, roses and freesia 5–7, sunflowers 5–10.
Delivery questions
How much does flower delivery in Kyiv cost?
Courier delivery is for orders from €21.47. The fee starts at €5.96 depending on the distance to the address, and delivery is free from €119.25. The site shows the exact amount at checkout once you enter the street and house number, and the table above gives district guides.
Do you deliver to Obolon, Poznyaky, Troieshchyna and other districts?
Yes, to all ten districts of Kyiv — both the left and the right bank. The price depends on the distance to the address, not the name of the district: the farther from the warehouse on Kolektorna, the higher the fee zone. Compare districts and neighbourhoods in the table above.
How fast will you bring the bouquet?

Can I choose the delivery time?
Yes. The checkout offers 9:00–12:00, 12:00–15:00, 15:00–18:00 and 18:00–20:00 windows — choose a date and a window. “As soon as possible” (2–3 hours) is available for today only. A window stays bookable until 3 hours before it ends.

Choose the town at checkout — the price shows straight away. Free delivery from €119.25 applies within Kyiv only.
