How it worksHow to order from another country
- 1Choose the flowers: a florist’s bouquet, roses by the stem or a monobouquet of one variety. The price on the page is final; packaging is chosen and priced on the same page.
- 2Enter the recipient’s name, phone and address in Kyiv. Don’t know their number? Choose “Call me instead” and the courier will call you to arrange the hand-over.
- 3Pick the day and a delivery window — the times are Kyiv time — and write the card message: our florist copies it onto the card by hand.
- 4Pay by card. Your own phone number can be a foreign one.
- 5Before the courier leaves, we send you a photo of the bouquet. The order status is on its page.
Kyiv time and same-day cut-offs
All delivery times are Kyiv time: UTC+2 in winter, UTC+3 in summer. Delivery windows: 9:00–12:00, 12:00–15:00, 15:00–18:00 and 18:00–20:00. For today: before 9:00 we make the 9–12 window, before 12:00 the 12–15 one, before 15:00 the 15–18 one and before 17:00 the 18–20 one. An order placed after 17:00 Kyiv time is delivered the next day. Before 8 March and 14 February, order a day ahead.
Paying from another country
Prices on the site are in euros, and that is the amount you agree to. Your card is charged the same amount in Ukrainian hryvnias at the National Bank of Ukraine rate, and your bank converts it into your card’s currency. Visa and Mastercard from any country are accepted through WayForPay with 3-D Secure; the full total, delivery included, is shown before you pay.
The recipient and the surprise
We need the recipient’s name and phone so the courier can arrange the hand-over; the courier calls ahead. Want it to be a surprise? Tick “Don’t say who it’s from”: the courier won’t give your name, and the card is signed only the way you write it. If we cannot reach the recipient, the bouquet goes back to our cold room free of charge and we agree a new delivery with you.

Nearby towns — Boryspil, Boiarka, Brovary, Bucha, Velyka Oleksandrivka, Vyshhorod, Vyshneve, Hora, Hostomel, Irpin, Kniazhychi, Kotsiubynske, Novi Petrivtsi, Petropavlivska Borshchahivka, Pidhirtsi, Proliski, Sofiivska Borshchahivka, Chaiky, Chubynske, Shchaslyve — at a fixed price from €13.12. We deliver only in Kyiv and around it: we do not send flowers to other cities.

Can I pay with a card issued outside Ukraine?
Yes. Visa and Mastercard from any country are accepted through WayForPay, with 3-D Secure confirmation from your bank.
Which time zone are the delivery times in?
Kyiv time: UTC+2 in winter, UTC+3 in summer. The last order for delivery today is at 17:00 Kyiv time.
I don’t know the recipient’s number. Can I still order?
Yes. Choose “Call me instead” at checkout and the courier will call you to arrange the hand-over. It is quicker if the courier can call the recipient directly, so add the number if you can find it.

How will I know what was delivered?
Turn on “Photo before delivery” at checkout: before the courier leaves we send a photo of the actual bouquet to your Telegram, Viber or WhatsApp. Free of charge.
