You can collect flowers at our warehouse at 3 Kolektorna St. — every day 9:00–18:00. Pickup is free and the per-stem price is the same as on the site. Courier delivery starts from 800 UAH, so an order below that is exactly what pickup is for.

The warehouse is on the left bank of Kyiv, in Darnytskyi district (Chervonyi Khutir). Courier orders are dispatched from here too.
How to collect your order
- 1Choose flowers on the site and add them to the cart.
- 2At checkout pick “Pick up at the warehouse” — no address is needed.
- 3If the order includes packaging (ribbon, paper or a box), choose the day and time you will collect it. Stems without packaging need no time.
- 4Pay for the order by card online.
- 5Come to 3 Kolektorna St. at the chosen time — or during opening hours if you did not choose one.
How long an order takes
Without packaging — at once
Stems are ready at once: collect them during opening hours, 9:00–18:00.
With packaging — about an hour
A florist assembles a packaged bouquet for your time. The nearest window is in about 1 hour.
At checkout we offer “As soon as possible (~1 h)” for today and 9:00–12:00, 12:00–15:00 and 15:00–18:00 windows. A window stays bookable until 1 hour before it ends: for today, before 11:00 you make the 9–12 window, before 14:00 the 12–15 one, before 17:00 the 15–18 one.
Payment
Visa or Mastercard online at checkout (WayForPay, 3D-Secure). Pickup is free: nothing is added to the total except packaging, if you chose it; without packaging it is just the cost of the stems, and the price of the ribbon, paper or box is shown when you choose.
