Flowers with a video message

The courier brings the bouquet; a QR code on the card brings your voice. Record a video of up to 60 seconds after you pay — the recipient sees you with the flowers in their hands.

Up to 60 seconds · only the recipient can watch · 90 days

How it works

  1. Pay for the bouquet

Choose delivery to another person and pay for the order.

  2. Record the video

Up to 60 seconds, on your phone or computer, right after paying. You can re-record it until delivery.

  3. A QR code on the card

The florist prints a QR code on the card that goes with the bouquet. At delivery the recipient also gets a text message with the link.

What the recipient sees

They point their camera at the QR code on the card, and a page with your name opens. They sign in with their phone number, press play — and see you. They can keep the video.

When a card is not enough

  • From abroad

You are far away — but they will hear you and see you.

    How to order from abroad
  • Anniversary

Say what does not fit on a card.

  • “I’m sorry”

Some things need to be said face to face.

  • For a colleague

Wishes from the team with faces, not just signatures.

Only the recipient sees it

  • By phone numberThe video opens only after signing in with the recipient’s number — a forwarded link or a photo of the QR code shows nothing without it.
  • 90 daysAfter delivery the video is kept for 90 days, and the recipient can save it.
  • “Report”If something is wrong, the recipient hides the video with one tap, and we delete it.
  • Faceless is fineFor an anonymous order, record without showing yourself — just your voice, say, or what is around you.

Video message questions

How much does a video message cost?

Nothing. The video does not change the price of the bouquet or the delivery.

When do I record it?

After paying — right away on the “Thank you” page, or later on the order page, up until the bouquet is delivered.

Who can watch the video?

Only the recipient: the video opens after signing in with the phone number you gave for the recipient. A forwarded link or QR code shows nothing without that sign-in.

What if I don’t know the recipient’s number?

The video opens from the QR code on the card: the first person to sign in (other than you) gets to watch it.

How long is the video kept?

90 days after delivery. The recipient can save the video to their phone or computer.

Can I re-record it?

Yes, until the bouquet is delivered: re-record or delete the video on the order page.

I’m abroad — does it work?

Yes. You can record the video on any phone or computer, wherever you are.

What about pickup?

No — the video message is only for delivery to another person, not for pickup or delivery to yourself.
